12/30-Hanging out with Daddy...it's a tough life!
John's umbilical cord fell off today, so we gave him his first real bath at home. As you can tell, he was not a fan of it!

12/31/07- New Year's Eve!
John had another visitor today. One of Jenny's med school friends, Rupal, was in town for the winter break visiting her family. She came by with her wonderful, adorable, super cute and smart son Aanand. Unfortunately Andrew couldn't make the visit as he was back in Carrboro for work (he's a firefighter, we're very proud of him!) Here are some pictures from their visit.

1/4- Sleeping with Mommy. This was also the day Jenny went back in to have her blood pressure re-checked and it was still too high, so they finally decided to put her on blood pressure medicine, which made her feel pretty yucky,and bed rest (which fortunately was only for a day until the medicine started working). Thankfully after two weeks of medicine, her blood pressure was and is still back down now off of medicine.
